TEFL Course Housing & Enrolment
Shared Flats, Private Flats and Family Home Stays
Housing is available from the Saturday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course finishes - 4 full weeks. The housing providers at each location work with the TEFL courses to arrange suitable housing for all budgets.You should budget about US $500-$800 for the month and you are welcome to arrange your own housing, if you prefer.
Through the TEFL housing provider, most people choose to share a flat. You get your own room, your own keys to come and go as you please and use of communal living space. This means you can cook, clean and live as a local. Roommates in the apartments can be various nationalities and other TEFL students.
Family home stays are available in some locations and include meals, typically breakfast and dinner.
Once your place on a TEFL course has been reserved with an enrollment deposit, we will contact you to make arrangements for your housing and arrival. The housing fee will usually be due in 2 parts, a portion paid as a deposit to reserve the room and the remaining balance due upon arrival or shortly before.

- Extra nights are available at an additional nightly rate

Step 2. We will contact you within 2 business days to arrange a brief interview by phone or Skype. If you have not heard from us*, please follow up! +1 631 912 7495

Step 3. Written confirmation of your acceptance status will be emailed to you with details regarding the enrollment deposit to reserve a place, if successful. Your enrollment deposit is a portion of the course fee. For most courses, the enrollment deposit is US $500
Step 4. Once enrolled we will send you confirmation of your reserved place and your local Course Director will contact you to confirm your remaining course fee, housing and arrival details.
Your remaining balance of the course fee will be due and payable directly to the course location, either on the first day or a month prior.

PayPal is our preferred payment method for enrollment deposits. We will email you an offer for a place on a course along with PayPal invoice, once you have successfully completed the phone interview. Payments can be made via PayPal using a major credit card or bank draft from a personal account.
